Alfredo was a tailor 30-40 years. Might anyone know of him, his wife, and two children?

My husband's father was Alfredo Giallanza, a tailor that moved from Valguarnera to Rochester, New York back in the 1960's. He worked as a tailor here until he became ill, he passed away many years ago though. His wife and three children still all live here with their families.

Do you think Alfredo is someone you are related to?
