I just rewatched the pilot episode of this great series today...downloaded it off Kazza. 
I haven't seen it since it originally aired in 1994 and I was surprised at how much Anne Frank is discussed in the episode. I'm not sure if it continues throughout the series or not, but I think it must be the most references to Anne Frank in a TV-series ever. 
Anyway, the series is awesome and I recommend it to anyone who has the money to buy the recently released DVD set.
