I played for a Mizuno sponsored team last year. The Mizuno bats that we received acted differently from most other bats on the market. They were actually hottest just out of the wrapper. The more you hit it, the smaller the sweet spot and the deader the bat. Our whole team liked the bats when the season started. By the halfway point in the season everybody was using other bats. Most bats on the market get hotter the more you hit them. It will be interesting to see if you still like your Mizuno in another couple of months. Hopefully, Mizuno has corrected this design flaw.
