Nautilus Cove Condo, Panama City Beach, Fl - Not a good place to buy or rent

If you have any interest in renting or buying units at Nautilus Cove Condos in PCB you should check out these sites for information on how bad this complex is:

If you are an owner of one of the 109 purchased condos at this 168 unit condo development you will be disappointed and annoyed to find that the remaining unsold Developer owned condos are now being rented out as "Nautilus Cove Apartments", and you will also be concerned that they are rented out to just about anyone with a deposit. Look at the 15 Building where a Meth Lab was discovered in July and 2 renters were arrested for various felony charges.

Such irresponsible renting is putting all of the owners in danger plus affecting the prices we might get when/if we put the condo on the market. This situation is entirely attributed to the 2 BOD members who are also the complex Developers.

This 168 unit complex started out as a condo with 111 being sold, the remaining never sold and are being rented out on behalf of the developer by Concord Management, this firm also manages the Association and does so very BADLY. You should check out my blog about the complex at: www.nautiluscondosrules.blogspot.com and if you want more info on Concord's 'flagship' complex in Orlando you should look at: http://concordsucks.blogspot.com/ I would totally avoid renting from Concord, you might find individual condos put up for rent by the various owners, but for renting from Concord, forget it. Last time I was on the property I heard from renters that their work orders for repairs took a long time to get done and when they had service it resulted in poor workmanship.
