Not sure what area you are looking for, but make sure you include all the carrying costs into any equation you run. What are the condo fees, do they need to do any major repairs with a special assessment coming soon, utilities, insurance and taxes.

If you plan to rent it, make sure you understand the management fees up front as they can throw off your returns if not included in the evaluation.

We rent our unit ourselves primarily, but still have management fees (although lower) for keys, cleaning and maintenance.
