Hi Pat, Unfortunatly those are not uniform colors but "Feldgrau" paint on all types of original German ww1 equiptment... so they would not work for uniforms as such..
I think what it does prove though is that there is really no standard colors...
Im sure uniforms are no different, so if it looks right to you use it, I havent yet found a single color from any manfacturer that could be described by itself as Horizon blue without having to alter it in some way, usually I paint at least 3 different shades plus high lights on a figure ranging from very dark to very light blue-grey this gives me the effect I want..
