Have been disapointed so often

Zvezda and Orion Skythians - both almost completely lacking light, bow armed cavalry. That's just ridiculus.
Pegasus 1939 Germans being produced in 1/76. And although a 1/72 version had been anounced, it never appeared.
Many Caesar sets - great sculpting and engineering but rather boring poses (though realistic and 3 dimensional)+ ratio of SMGs/assault rifles to normal rifles always much too high.
Most disapointing Hat set? Easy - The Picts. Hugely interested in Picts in general. But so much wrong with this set. Why did they have to be almost naked? So there could be grappy fantasy tatoos engraved on their skin? Why engraved Tartans on the few pieces of clothing that they had? Why the crossbow man? Yes there is eveidence for the use of the crossbow among the Picts. But why would you include so many of them if there are only 4 poses anyway and make it one of the more numerous poses at that? If the crossbow was used as a weapon of war, it did not have such a big importance.
