I find the problem is we are told by Greens that the polyethelyne plastic used in water bottles and such will sit in a landfill for a million years. Then we buy a set of plastic figures and they disintegrate in 20 years, after we have taken them off the sprue, painted them (well other people paint them) and cared for them all that time.
I think if our figures go brittle companies should replace them at a discount. I think it is the plastic is defective, since some get brittle and some do not. If the plastic is mixed properly and molded correctly I don't think the figures get brittle.
