The sculptor clearly has not researched the subject properly; the figure with the worm and the figure with his thumb over the vent are both facing the wrong way, and the latter is missing the gunner's shoulder belt and primer box. The huge linstock held by the other figure is a relic of the 17th century and the port fire holder looks like a whip. The sponge should have a rammer head on the other end.
These are all silly, easily avoidable errors but difficult or impossible for the purchaser to correct.

Hat has offered this set for comment and while your comments may be valid (I don't know a lot about the ACW), they aren't a whole lot of help. Too often people come onto the board and criticise without being constructive or justification. It is much more use when people quote sources or the reasons for comments.
