From a collectors view point I understand your point of view, But part of the fun is the wait and anticipation,providing the wait is not too long (ie 17th Lancers 6yrs + ,= toooooooooooo long). Getting them over a two year period or so would be o.k with me. There are some periods where doing the lot in two or five years would be hard,example Nappies. From a commercial view I can see why Hat do it the way they do, and its their business,they have the data to make the calls, and they will back what sells ,but you dont know if a period will sell until you make it,and see a reaction from the buying public.So I think the system Hat use is not perfect but its probably the best one going.
