Hi Alan, Emhars Anglo saxons are the closest for this era though the Daneaxe men should be vikings, the hand axe itself is not a popular anglo saxon weapon and most are best replaced with spears, helmets should be similar to coppergate style or conical... most troops are levies armed with spear, shield and saxe the main defense being the shield..
Armor, helmets and swords would generally be restricted to the wealthy or professional warriors...
no Kite shields, all should be round with a center grip and boss to protect the hand.
There are many late features in the Hät Spanish troops, some of the light troops may work...
Strelets are more suited to the late 10th or 11th Century....
