I don't feel any driving obligation to recruit new hobbyists.

Once a year, we put on a 2 day demo game at a local hobby show & get a lot of interest from people attending, particularly kids.

I have no idea if any pick up collecting/gaming. I give them the address of the LHS & tell them where to get free rules but it ends there.

I do not belong to a club & doubt if I'd ever join one.

For me, it's a hobby not a vocation.
