my suggestions are not so far away from the original intented topic of the sets:
- Actually I´m waiting on a Shipment of 10 Gulliver Confederate Cavalry (was availlable for a Special Price....) to use them as Villistas in the Mexican Civil War with Green-Stuff Sombreros.
- HÄT Almoravid Infantry is used for my Rif-Army (versus French Foreign Legion) and will be later used to bolster up my Mahdist Army
- The Ancient Nubians from HÄT form the core of most of my African Native Armies
- Maya Warriors from Cesar will be soon painted to use them as "Lost Tribe" in some more pulp-orientated Tabletop setting
- Ceasars Egyptian Ancient Range, paired with their Undead Set will also find it´s use (think of the nice "Mummy" Movies
- Same Setting, also Ceasar - Have a look on their Ancient Chinese, Modelled after the Famous "TERRACOTTA ARMY" .....like this Idea very much.......
- Chinese Boxers will man my Pirate Chunks
- Afghan Warriors will pose as Lascar Sailors
- A Mixture out of HÄT´s Zulu War British, Redbox Chinese Regiment (needed Straw Hats!) Strelets Union Staff Sets and Accurate Union Artillery and Engineers, together with Häts Colonial Artillery and another Set of the versatile Gatlings will made up my Spanish Colonial Army for the 1898 War (also actually waiting for the Bulk of this Force......)
- Some WWII Sets will find their use for the Great War Era also
- Strelets Winter War Finnish (at least some of them)
- Revells Japanese (for Late 20´s Japanese in China)
- Also some 1877 Sets from Strelets will find their Way into the Great War:
- Turkish Infantry as Rediff Reserves
- Turkish Artillery 1:1
- Turkish Bashi-Bazouks as Light Irregular Cav
- Russian Cav as Greek and Serbian Cav in the Balkan Wars
And withouth hindsight I may declare that we will find HÄTs Artillery Crews and Wagons within Diorama / Gaming Pictures frequently for the next 50 Years
