You might want to have a word with your oppoennt about balancing the forsce historicaly too. It's like fighting a German WWII opponent who is totally armed with King Tigers, Tigers and Elefants, and you have represented your force with correctly proportioned Shermans and Stuarts. You ain't gonna win!
I disagree. Balanced armies can be fun but aren't necessarily historical.
And unless winning is everything to you, you can have a lot of enjoyment with unbalanced forces.
