Take Airfix British or possibly Hät Turkish infantry and add the heads from the airfix arab set for regular Arab troops.... the headress is the important part...

you'll also want some old 15pdrs without sights commanded by an ex turkish gunner...
and a couple of British soldiers nicknamed "Stokes" and "Lewis"
