IMO the wagons can be used anywhere at any time with a bit of work.
First thought would be a 'chuck wagon' in the American west. Remove the fodder part, add a 'table' in the upright position and increase the canopy height.
Second will be remove the seat, fodder area and you can build a 'tabor' for the
eastern european wars, from Pole vs Turk all the way to their intended purpose.
Note the WWI wagon has wheels in front the same as rear in size. Will add a couple hundred years of uses.
