I was curious as to why there is such a bias against the US in this hobby? I mean seriously, there are probably more sets of WW2 Germans than there are of all US troops past & present combined! US history is filled with conflicts that are every bit as colorful as any in the rest of the world! I believe the American Civil War still holds the records for biggest military casualty counts for conflict, single battle & single day! & yet, so few sets have actually been made to cover this conflict despite the outcry for more! The War of 1812 is certainly part of the Napoleonic Wars! Yet, it remains untouched! The French & Indian War & AWI were major conflicts on the world’s stage, but remain virtually unexplored! There are many more conflicts that are either ignored & only had the surface scratched & yet a couple ended the reign of a European country as a major power! So why so much animosity towards US wars? You can’t tell me the ACW isn’t worth wargaming! You can’t tell me you can’t come up with different uniform styles for different conflicts when there is some new set of WW2 German infantry being made that features some new belt buckle design they wore only in 1944! So tell me, what’s the problem?
