The idea of a pin-pointed head is not bad, but will the point be strong enough (hard plastic) to pin the head on the body. Do you need glue to put the head on the body or is the pin deep enough to attach the head without glue (some kind of swoppet system)

Pin pointed heads or a swoppet system could be a solution for several head sets.
