The best way to have a casualty or camp figure would be to have the figure incorporated onto the command figure sprue in a set with three marching/action sprues and one command sprue. This way you get those casualty or camp figures but not in large numbers.

I do wonder though whether ONE casualty or camp figure pose per set would really satisfy anyone, and I think we'd soon start hearing requests for multiple poses.
