Well, I wouldn't use Pikeman, except in place of standard bearers. I also would not use anyone in a pokalem as they are peculiar to the Baltic region.

If you look at uniform books you'll find that the WSS infantry closely resembles the cut of either the Swedes (who also have clubbed hair) or the Russians (who don't club their hair). Both nations modelled their uniforms on those of other nations.

One of the joys of 20mm is that the fine detail is not exagerated as in 28mm. Thus the exact shape of lapels and pockets are immaterial.
