this is a very good, low fat and easy way to make chicken salad for sandwiches, Stuffed tomatoes or crackers....
1 can Hormel caned chicken chunks...
2 tablespoons Light done right Ranch salad dressing.
1 tablespoon Light mayo
1 small chopped White sweet onion.
Mush it all together and volia! Its great on top of crachers and on some whole wheat break... great for lunch or a small snack... make a few sandwiches at a time and put them in baggies for a tasty treat all week.
