Tropical Fruit Dessert

1 can (16 oz) pineapple chunks (in juice)


1 can (10 oz) mandarin oranges


2 bananas, sliced


1 pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix






Drain pineapple, save juice. In large bowl, combine pineapple juice with pudding mix, stir until blended. Fold in fruit, making sure it is well coated with the 'glaze'. Serve with non-fat whipped topping if desired. Makes 4-6 servings
