Veggie Pizza (cold dish)

2 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls


2 (8oz) pkg low-fat or fat free cream cheese


1 c. low fat or fat free mayo


1 pkg. Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing


low-fat or fat free shredded cheddar


chopped broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, tomato, carrot (feel free to add more veggies to your liking)




Directions:




Unroll crescent roll dough onto a cookie sheet, pressing the seams together to form one whole sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375. Let cool. In large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayo and dressing packet until well blended. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Top with your favorite veggies, and sprinkle top with low fat cheddar. Cut and enjoy. Makes for a great snack or a light meal!
