Low fat Key Lime Pie

This is a great summer dessert recipe from the Weight Watchers recipe cards. You can also use any flavor geletin/yogurt that you like. Lemon makes a good pie too.






1 3oz sugar free Lime flavored gelatin


1/4c boiling water


2 8oz lowfat sugar free key lime flavored yogurt


1 8oz fat free cool whip (non dairy whipped topping)


1 9" ready made reduced fat graham cracker crust (or make your own with low fat graham crackers and 1 tbsp low fat margarine)




in heat resistant bowl dissolve gelatin in boling water. with a wire whisk stir in the yogurt. then fold in the whipped topping with a wooden spoon. pour mixture into crust and refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours before serving.




makes eight servings. 135 calories per serving, 3.5 grams of fat.
