Ingredients:


1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese


1/2 cup quick oats


6 eggwhites and 1 egg whisked


vanilla and cinnamon for flavor


Directions:


Blend the following ingredients into a blender until smooth. Add more oatmeal if needed. Heat griddle or pan. Make sure it is hot, spray a little cooking spray on and use the blended mix as your batter. It should make approximately 6 cakes. I usually add a little fat free promise and lite syrup. These are so good, they don't taste healthy, but they are! Enjoy!
