Low-Fat Breakfast Burrito

This was an improvised recipe I tried the other night when in a bind about what to have for supper:


1 flour tortilla (low-fat)


3 egg whites


1/2 egg yolk (optional...used for color!)


1/2 slice lowfat or fat free cheese


salk, pepper to taste


a little lean ham or chicken breast, whatever u have on hand


dash of bacon bits (optional)




scramble eggs and add in ingredients


warm tortilla in morcrowave




roll egg mixture into burrito and enjoy!




this was quick and yummy!




not sure about exact nutrients but I know its moderately low cal and fat
