1 carton of egg beaters =2 eggs and 60 calories.


1 slice of fat free craft singles. =30 cal


1 veggi burger = about 120 cals




cook vegiburger normally... tear or cut it into small pieces. Prepare egg beaters in skilit and add vegiburger chunks... then add Kraft singles... Whole or sliced is fine. Cook intill cheese is melted and bottom brown... Flip the omlette so that it is folded in half. make sure eggs are not runny! ENJOY!
