1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
3. In a medium bowl, blend together the margarine and sugar until creamy. Beat in the egg whites, vanilla and evaporated skim milk.
