For those coming to the dinner:
The Church of the Epiphany (where concert will be) is just around the corner from the dinner place, Chef Geoff's (see above message). If you park in the garage, you'll pay the PMI Garage rates. It might be possible to get street parking. I will drive by this spot this coming week, to see what the scoop is per parking. Personally, Linda and I will probably Metro in from the Greenbelt Metro station. Ett

to get there:
By Metro: Epiphany is half a block from the Metro Center station of the subway line, on the Red, Orange, and Blue lines. Take the 13th Street exit, which is at the intersection of 13th and G. You will be able to see the church from this intersection. For more information about subway service, visit www.wmata.com/metrorail/systemmap.cfm. Several bus lines also serve the immediate vicinity. The 42, S2, S4, 68, X2, D1, D3, and D6 (plus W13, P17, P19 weekdays only) lines all stop within a block of the church, and many more bus lines stop within two or three blocks. For up-to-date schedules and routes, use the Metro trip planner at www.wmata.com/tripplanner.

Accessibility: Handicapped parking is on the first level (street level) on the left side of the ramp.

Parking: PMI Garage next door. All parkers will be charged at the regular rate. If you approach the church from the 13th Street side, the parking garage is just past the church, on the right. If you approach the church from the 14th Street side, the garage is just before the church, on the left.

DIVA DEVOTEE DINNER UPDATE: set for MAY 31, 4:30pm

the DIVA DINNER is set! 4:30pm, Saturday May 31.
Reservation will be under the name of DIVA DEVOTEES. We have: Ett, Linda, Russell, Tom, Steven, Rhonda, Carol, Dutey, Carol, Stacie, Sally, Pat, TR, Nancy, Tom, Lu. Saturday May 31, 4:30pm. If the restaurant sees that we can get the 'private dining party room' area, they will accommodate us, but to reserve that ahead, it requires a $200 down payment, a pre-set menu to choose from, and an $800 minimum food/drink. While we might make all that, I didn't want to commit to that, so we are set for a table for 16 in the restaurant, and if they can "give us" the room, they will, but no guarantee. See you there!!!!!!!!
