It has been some time since Mary and I have been impacted by a performance the way our first Suede experience affected us. From the "OCD Light" reference to the sharing of the "Suede Wave", from the softest most tender note delivered with impeccable timing and grace to the deep, throaty growls that sent the crowd into a frenzy... After a friend loaned us the DVD of the jazz club concert, we knew we were in for a night of pleasure, but did not expect to be blown away by the sincerity and stage presence of this most enthralling entertainer.
