Hi everyone, I have been asked by an author for a photograph of the old Gravesend Police station, in Windmill Street, Gravesend, before they demolished it and built the six storey building, which now lies empty.
He contacted me as I used to be the Curator of the Kent Police Museum, before retiring in 2009. I now have no contacts there as the new manager has closed it to the public, and there is no current curator in post.
Does anyone have a picture of the old station please. It used to house the Fire Brigade and Home Office Wireless Repair station too.
