You've all been great at helping me identify items I come across and wondered if you could help agin?
I have a cap badge which features two elephants standing between a crest over the writing "PROVINCIAL CONSTABULARY" and the crest has the writing "LIBERTY AND SERVICE" underneath.
I've googles the words and come back with nothing, although google seems to want to throw up lots of Canadian police sites? My guess would be that it is African because of the wildlife on it, but that's as far as I've got!
I've tried looking on eBay, google images, worthpoint and other police memorabilia sites but turned up nothing to help.
Have you come across this before and if so do you know what it is??
