West Midlands Police helmet Plate?

hi all

just a question about West Mid's Helmet plates, post 1980.

Do West Midlands police helmet plates after 1980 have a single lung/screw on the back of the plates, or do they all have 3 lungs like the ones on the helmets today?

any help welcome.
