East Riding of Yorkshire ERY Cap Badge or Shoulder title?

Hi All
Can someone please tell me if the East Riding of Yorkshire Police ERY script badges were Cap Badges or shoulder titles.

The script ERC badge was used both as a Cap Badge and A Collar Badge. I'll send you a pic.
