Huntingdonshire never had a chrome HP only a chrome/white metal center.I have a chrome one but I think it was a sample as I have spoken to old Hunts Officers and none of them ever had one issued.
Ely never had one and depending how picky you want to be Cambridge Borough did but Cambridge City didn't.
Cambridgeshire Pre 65 had both and post 74 had chrome

I believe that there are two distinct patterns to the black HP for Huntingdonshire one with a large chrome disc centre piece and the other a smaller coat of armss.

I have a Cambs Black plate with a chrome coat of arms shield centre.

Wolverhampton Borough and Worcestershire never had QC star pattern helmet plates in chrome. Although chrome versions of each exist, these belonged to a collector who had them chromed.
