I have a photo in my collection showing a group of Metropolitan Police officers dating from 1911. The majority are wearing the letter S on their collars which was the Hampstead Division. Several however have the letters SR which, I assume was a particular station. Can any members help me to identify which one please?

They are "S" Division reserves. I have several helmet plates which show two letters, the second one being "R". Each division had a group of reserve officers who were identified as such on their collars and helmet plates.
