I am writing a book about the uniforms worn by the Union volunteers of 1861 and wondered if any one on this list might have CDVs or cased images of members of the 1st thru 6th Vermont Infantry preferably in early war gray uniforms. I particular, I am looking for the owner of the CDV of Private Richard Orr, 2nd Vermont, which was sold in a Cowan's auction in November 2005. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
