Re: Ahh....Poli and Natta

Many thanks Sir ( wiping frooth from beer - slurp), yes two very different opponents if ever I met (to be sure to be sure)!

James can be a tad, shall we say irregular in his use of cavalry n'est pas? but I don't mind coz I thump him anyway, but he's improving...

Phil just grows in my estimation every time I play the guy, he's a good sport and a damned fine tactician, the only weakness is he can be just a wee bit too aggressive at times.

What's your pecking order of the enemy commanders Govnar Gaz? or should this continue in the secure Colonial war room?

I'm very well thank you sir, promoted recently to ensign - still enjoying being AdC for the French Forces (very few duties other than training at present though), and I've majorly beaten Mr Poli at Brandywine and (about to again) at Valley Forge. Still awaiting my first win against the redoubtable Mr Natta though, but I'm playing him at BunkerHill, so maybe my luck will change there!

Gary, I think the drinks here must be too strong for some of lads - and the Brits, well one tot of rum and they're all over the place!

How are you Sir? Haven't spoken in a while, I take it the war goes well? - have a drink to take your mind off troublesome things, the pressure of command, the constant duties, congress, Phil Natta etc... (only kiddin' Phil!)

Yours David
