Baron Harper Capital
Dynamic Target Marketing
Norton Acquisition Group out of Baltimore, MD

NOTE: You should have received the Proxy and letter from the Transfer Agent, Continental Stock Transfer and Trust informing you of the merger of Children of America, Inc. and International Child Care Marketing Corp into World Wide Child Care Corp and the subsequent letter informing you that the merger was approved by an overwhelming majority of 99% and that your shares in World Wide Child Care Corp have been cancelled and you now own the same number of Units of Children Fun Holdings, LLC.

You do not have to pay for any de-restricting of shares as might be suggested by any of these fraudulent companies, as the WWCC shares are cancelled and no longer valid.
