Our "new" company, children fun holdings LLC

Hi shareholders of WWCC and especially „non-US“ (former) shareholders of WWCC!

I just replied to another post and thought i might have a look at our new company "Children Fun Holdings LLC".

So here we go:

The company is located in Florida, 5300 West Atlantic Ave., Ste. 700, Delray Beach, FL 33484.
Managers are of course our friends Jimmy Perretty and Taddy Pryor.
Interesting is that it was already founded in 2010.:

In this document you can learn that the purpose for which it was organized is „any and all lawful business“.
Wow, so we could be owners of a strip club an escort service or something! We might get a group discount or flat rate!

The registered agent is Ms. Tanya Bower (profile here: https://www.lawyer.com/tanya-bower.html ). With her focus on „asset protection and wealth preservation“ it seems we are in good hands. Are we?
She is also registered agent of Children have Fun LLC (CEO Pryor/Perretty).
Walking through the provided links it‘s mind boggling how many companies the two are officers/directors of. Must be easy work but as we could witness „live“ excellent pay.

In February „our“ company bought tech equipment like over 150 dell computers, 80 IP cameras, 60 monitors, 90 licenses for a surveillance software but only a handfull of kids software packages. Children fun holdings, eh? Must have missed something here.
No they didn‘t have the money for it, it was financed by Winthrop Resources Corp., located in Mankato, MN.

To me this does not sound like a company with the potential the WWCC boiler room crooks promised us. Probably more like the other companies with no business plan.
