hi all,
for what it's worth, if you got a proxy card, send it in and vote NO (or do you want this merger and your new stock in children fun holding?). On the card it states that "if no contrary indication is made, the proxy will be voted in favor of proposal 1 and proposal 2". I assume if you don't send one in that will be voted yes as well.

ما يستحق، إذا كنت حصلت على بطاقة وكيل، وإرساله في والتصويت NO (أو هل تريد هذا الاندماج والأوراق المالية الجديد في الأطفال متعة عقد؟
. على بطاقة تنص على أن "إذا تم إجراء أي نص مخالف، سيتم التصويت بالوكالة لصالح اقتراح 1 و 2 اقتراح". أفترض إذا كنت لا ترسل واحدة في أن يتم التصويت بنعم كذلك.

pour ce que ça vaut, si vous avez une carte de procuration, envoyer et voter NON (ou voulez-vous que cette fusion et votre nouveau stock de la chose enfants drôle). Sur la carte, il déclare que «si aucune indication contraire ne soit faite, le mandataire sera voté en faveur de la proposition 1 et la proposition 2". Je suppose que si vous ne pas envoyer un dans qui sera voté oui aussi.
