I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a healthy and prosperous 2015. Through our subsidiary company, Children of America, we are a childcare provider to over 7,300 children and their families. Children of America is constantly looking for methods to improve its services and make our company stronger.

Children of America currently operates in 12 states with 63 operating centers. Although the economy has improved in many sectors, we have not experienced the same improvement in the economic upturn in childcare. As a result, we have decided to proactively reorganize in order to allow the company to realign its expenses with its revenue. In January we closed four underperforming centers and we are currently working with each one of our landlords to negotiate a reduction in our monthly rent to bring our lease agreements in-line with current market rates. As a result of these efforts, the company will be profitable as of January 2015.

Over the past year a new curriculum was rolled out that I believe will benefit each and every child that attends our schools. We have also implemented a healthier menu under our Mind and Body Matters program that complements the COA fitness program. Children of America’s latest technological innovation electronically delivers a daily activity report with photos, along with a complete progress update on a daily basis to each of our parents. This will be implemented in all schools during the 1st quarter of 2015. By the end of March 2015, we will launch our new website built to accommodate all mobile platforms and deliver a good user experience with detailed information on each of our 63 locations.

The company’s books will be audited for the fiscal years 2014 and 2015 beginning in October.
