new scammer calling sbss shareholders

hi sbss shareholders

there is a new kid on the block claiming that a company called lifex pharmaceuticals inc. in cleveland bought the patents of sbss.

i checked what he sent me and it's just another scam... as usual. lifex obviously did exist at some time but the address he gave me does not. their former internet page is down. lifex is probably as dead as sbss.

he called himself harvey spencer, this is the fake company he represents:

UNIVERSAL EQUITIES CONSOLIDATED LLC
115 E. 57TH STREET SUITE 1540 NEW YORK NY 10022

if he calls, hang up and don't waste your time.
