this is probably the most important court order for us in this case. next week will show what direction this civil action goes:


2.
On or before January 5, 2015, counsel for the parties shall confer in person1
in a good faith attempt to resolve the issue(s) raised by the instant motion (DE 60). On or
before 10:00 a.m. on January 6, 2015, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report detailing
the outcome of this of this meeting, including informing the Court of all agreements
reached and identifying (by production request) the discovery issues that remain, if any .
3.
If the parties are unable to resolve the issue(s) raised by the instant motion,
Plaintiff shall serve and file his Response to the instant Motion (DE 60) addressing (with specificity and with support) the remaining issues raised by the instant motion, if any, on or before 4:00 p.m. on January 8, 2015.
4.
Defendants shall serve and file their Reply to Plaintiff’s Response on or before noon on January 12, 2015.
