As a point of interest, we have begun the process of offering a private placement to potential investors. Although it is early, there seems to be a good demand and we expect to raise between $1,500,000 and $2,500,000. These funds will be used to tool our manfucturing plant and purchase the neccessary raw materials required to produce our product.

As well, sales leads for our product continue to build and once we obtain government approval we should finally see revenues. We anticipate this to occur in late summer 04.
