intertrade is (another) scam

hi everybody,

just talked to the sec and the ohio division of securities.
the lady at the sec told me that there is no such thing like international trade department and the lady in ohio confirmed that a company with the name intertrade asset management has NO license to deal with securities in that state.
sounds to good to be true? it probably is ...said the lady at the sec.....
