Welcome to our forum. Feel free to post a message, as long as it concerns the subjects on this website. Messages concerning other subjects will possibly be deleted.
It has been quiet for a while, but at the moment we are very busy to rebuild the structure of the complete website. There has been submitted so much information, that we think dat the website is not synoptic anymore. There are just too many different kinds of pages to research. The navigationstructure is not satisfactory anymore.
The following changes are coming up and will be proceeded step by step:
1. The new navigationstructure will be more synoptic, faster and easy. On each page the complete menu will be shown, so you won't have to return to the homepage all te time to be able to go to other pages.
2. A new tool will be available, which shows the nameday of today to be celebrated.
3. There will be a digital Newsletter (mailing list), which you can subscribe to. In this newsletter all new uploaded pages will be mentioned.
4. The linkspage will be reconstructed and many more new links will be added, also e-cards fit for use for namedays. The page for our own e-cards will be deleted for the time being untill we find the time to come with more interesting designs. We think our current assortment is not good enough.
5. In the end all namepages will be integrated to 1 synoptic list, in stead of the current 3 or 4 different kinds of lists. Also with this we are already very busy, but this will take a lot of time.
6. At the same time with the new namelist also a lot of new (derived) names will be added.
7. On the alphabetical calendar as many as possible short biographies of the concerning saints will be added. These biographies you can already find in the Icon Rotator. The calendars (alphabetical and chronological) will also be actualised again.
8. There will be a new page added with an overview of all icons.
9. The mythological page will be reconstructed and in the course of time the concerning stories will be added.
10. More extensive biographies of saints will be added in the course of time.
These are a lot changes! Therefore we will start with the menupages, while the pages with data in the beginning will remain. Everything will be proceeded in the order as described hereabove.
You will have to be patient till all the changes have been realised, but very soon you will be able to examine the first new pages!
