Hi all,

on Feb 18h they sent shareholders the following:

Dear WWCC Shareholders:

On behalf of all of us at World Wide Child Care Corporation, I would like to wish all of you a Happy New Year.

Twenty-sixteen will be an exciting year for WWCC as its subsidiary Children of America has opened its 63rd location in Parsippany, N.J., in January and is scheduled to open Queens, N.Y., in March, with the largest pre-enrollment in Children of America’s history.

Further expansion efforts are firmly in place in 2016, with locations positioned in Bowie, Md., Rocky Hill, Conn., and a third location in Woodbridge, Va.

As promised, below are instructions to access the 2014-2015 financial statements of World Wide Child Care Corporation.

Please visit http://www.childcarecorp.com enter the password WWCC2016 and click to enter.

Note: Several shareholders have informed us that they continue to be contacted by people claiming to be affiliated with companies that are buying WWCC stock. There are no such companies working with WWCC, and their claims and offers to purchase your stock are fraudulent. Please do not send them any money.

Once again, we wish you a happy and healthy New Year.

Sincerely,
