Goalkeeper
Any idea Baz or anybody how many games Jack Delo has played for first team? Seb Barton who has made the odd appearance for you has signed for Folkestone. |

Not being a total anorack i would suggest at least 200+ (Tony Day our Secretary will probably know for sure) Seb Barton? Sorry dont know him but as i have not watched a Reserve game for probably about 10 years now it would be no surprise to me if he was at the club. Sean Smith is our back up keeper although he is still very young. We did have a local back up keeper in recent years called Nick Barton but he is the Roller Hockey Goalkeeper for England at this time (and very good at it as well) |

He played for Herne Bay at Whitstable last season in a first team game. Are you slipping Baz? |

Aah that would explain a lot. I was recovering from open heart surgery at the time and missed a few games around that period. I was a bit miffed at the time to miss it, as i always enjoy the friendly banter between Herne Bay and the 'Peasants' down the thanet Way Is'nt that correct Richard

Since the 2004/05 season Jack has played 164 games but he did start playing for Bay in the 2002/03 season using a basis of 40 games a season it must be well over 240 appearances. He has scored 1 goal (Penalty) He kept the following clean sheets 04/05 7 (played every game) 05/06 13(played every game) 06/07 12 07/08 14 so far Seb Barton played three games for Bay v Tunbridge Wells, Whitstable and Lordswood in 2006/07 season. He moved on to Hastings and then Hythe. Don't know where he is now. How boring is that???

He was at Eastbourne Borough before joining Folkestone although he couldn't replace Lee Hook. |

If i take a left leaving Herne Bay i end up in Margate. There are no peasants in Margate. There are Gippo's, Kosovans, Albanians, Bulgarians and Polack's but no peasants. I was right the 1st time
