Abuse
Herne Bay F C have a reputation for being a friendly and most welcoming club to players, supporters and Officials from other clubs, so it is difficult to understand why a player should verbally abuse our Chairman. Was it just because he was ungracious in defeat or just a sign of the times? I sincerely hope a complaint is made and the appropriate apology given. He has let his side and the club down.It is, after all, the clubs responsibility to control its players and indeed as far as possible, its supporters, as we did by addressing the accusation of racial abuse experienced at Winch's Field, which, quite rightly, we took very seriously. |
